...TO GIVE!
To the BCFUMC Heritage Fund
The BCFUMC Heritage Fund is a lifetime and lasting commitment to the mission and ministry of the Body of Christ. Members can participate in this Fund by contributing to establish their legacies for posterity or giving in honor of loved ones and home churches.
The donors and their contributions to the BCFUMC Heritage Fund are reported annually by the Finance Committee/Treasurer of the Church, including the bank interests earned. A separate time deposit account will be established for this Fund. Only interests earned by the fund will be added to the general fund of the Church.
To the BCFUMC Mission Fund
The BCFUMC Mission Fund is used to provide salaries to pastors and church workers who serve our six mission congregations. Contributions to this Fund will benefit the missionaries sent to Boklaoan UMC, Aguioas UMC, Sowe UMC, Sapuan UMC, Pito UMC, and Guesset UMC. The Committee on Mission and Evangelism will also use your contributions to help finance the transportation and other resources needed by the Mission Team.
To the BCFUMC Gospel Tract Distribution Program
The founder of Methodism is well known for his Christian literature endeavors. Continuing John Wesley?s tradition, BCFUMC proclaims the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by engaging in evangelistic tract distribution. The Committee on Mission and Evangelism will use these tracts in their Gospel witness activities.
To the BCFUMC Hymnal and Bible Fund
We continue to raise funds for Bibles and Hymnals to be used in our church as well as our six (6) mission congregations. This is an ongoing project of the Committee on Worship.
To the BCFUMC Children's Educational Ministry
The Committee on Christian Education recognizes the special needs of children. We purchase Sunday School materials and supplies every year and distribute special Christmas gifts for children in our congregation and in our mission churches. We also provide financial support for the annual Children?s Camp.
To the BCFUMC Hospitalization Assistance Program
Through the years, BCFUMC Committee on Church and Society provided hospitalization assistance to church members who are confined in hospitals. However, its Php25,000.00 annual budget is not enough to serve all beneficiaries. Contributions to this fund will go a long way in expanding this relevant ministry.
To the BCFUMC Website Project
Through the Committee on Communications, our church website promotes and reports on our mission and ministry endeavors.
To the BCFUMC Church Building Fund
Contributions to the BCFUMC Church Building Fund will be used for the development of our church properties. The priority project today is the construction and establishment of a BCFUMC Conference Center, a multi-purpose building that will accommodate UMC delegates to church conferences and seminars. This will also help us expand our diverse mission and ministry programs.
To the BCFUMC Church Vehicle Fund Campaign
We need our own church vehicle to facilitate our mission work and visitation ministry. With our own vehicle, we can also be more mobile to do relief and rehabilitation work as well as participate more actively in connectional and inter-religious activities. The United Methodist Young Adult Fellowship is the lead organization for this project.
Notwithstanding this vehicle fund campaign, church members are also challenged to donate their own vehicles for the church!
To the BCFUMC Youth Ministry
Every year, we provide training and exposure for your young people through the Christmas Institute, Summer Institute and School for Christian Youth Development (SCYD, a three-year intensive curriculum conducted every summer for two weeks). Let us support these efforts.
To the BCFUMC Campus Ministry
You may want to support the Campus Ministry Program by buying the confirmation and membership handbook - THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. Proceedswill be used to produce more handbooks for Christian discipleship and stewardship.
